Coach Mark Clemente

A native of Cumberland, Rhode Island, coach Clemente played four years of NCAA Division II soccer at St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, North Carolina. 

Coach Clemente currently holds an Advanced National Diploma and State Goalkeeping Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).

Mark Clemente took the reigns of the women’s soccer program at Regis College just prior to the Fall 2002 season, after spending the 2001-2002 season as assistant coach to Commonwealth Coast Conference foe Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. 

Over the course of his first four seasons, Clemente managed to double the Regis victory total in each year.  In addition, he was named Commonwealth Coast Conference Coach of the Year following the Fall 2005 season after leading the program to its best record in the program’s history, which turned into a varsity program in the 1985 season.
